Ordering Details

Placing Orders

To ensure your order is roasted and dispatched the same week, please place orders before 8pm GMT the day before our roast days. We roast and dispatch Monday to Friday and deliver local orders every Friday.

We ask that a minimum order of 5kg is upheld.

We operate a pay before release system which we have found guarantees confidence in the quality of our service and product. Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will follow outlining your order details. Invoices become available once we have fulfilled your order. You will be able to access them inside your account.

For orders placed over the weekend, please allow until Monday for us to confirm your order.

Roasted Coffee

We encourage you to rest our coffee at least 14 days after its roast date, but for the best results we recommend resting it for 3 weeks.
